Accelerating Aotearoa's 4th Annual General Meeting of Accelerating Auckland was held on July 8th 2010 and marked the 21st meeting of the members of the group. Hosted by AUT University the meeting took place at the Council Room on their Wellesley St Campus.
Three new board members were appointed at the meeting; John Holley of the Auckland Regional Council, Charles Berryman of Manukau City Council and Adam Berry of New Zealand School of Education.
Other key items of business included voting to formally change the organisation’s name from Accelerating Auckland to Accelerating Aotearoa and to receive reports on some of the current projects; The new Digital Careers Website, the Auckland Pacific Careers Programme and Flex Works Aotearoa, our flexible work practice programme.
More than 30 members attended the meeting.
